ONLINE PAYMENT
If you are concerned about passing your payment details online, the new HSBC Secure ePayments system will put your mind at ease because of these features: -
1) Once you have entered your address details at the checkout, you will be transferred to the HSBC Secure ePayments secure website to enter your payment card details. Authorisation of your transcation is decided in seconds while you are online.
2) The HSBC Secure ePayments system also incorporates the MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and Visa "Verified by Visa" security systems. If you have registered for this extra protection, when you enter your card details, a pop-up box will appear from your bank asking you for your password. If you do not enter the correct password, no authorisation will be given for your purchase, making credit card fraud virtually impossible.
3) No one else can see your payment details, not even ourselves. We are simply instructed by HSBC that an authorisation has been approved.
ORDER PROCESS
Our order process is simple. Just place your chosen items in your shopping basket and when you check out choose your preferred method of payment via the HSBC secure website accepting all major credit cards.
If you prefer not to check out online payment is possible by personal cheque/postal order.

Overseas payments are accepted via credit card in all currencies or cheque in UK sterling only. Thank you.
On receipt of your order you will be sent a confirmation email. A further email will be sent when payment is processed and your order is dispatched.
Please note though every effort is made for stock levels to be up to date orders placed are subject to availability. Remember vintage clothing and accessories are unique and special, often one offs. Once it has gone it has gone forever!
Mavro Vintage will contact you if unfortunately an item is no longer in stock and rest assured no payment is collected until an item is prepared for dispatch.
If payments are not received within 10 days we reserve the right to place the item for sale or offer it to another buyer.
GIFT SERVICE
Many items on the Mavro Vintage website make beautiful and original gifts. With this in mind we provide a stylish gift wrap and delivery service. This includes a quality wrapping service and a handmade card with your personalised greeting to accompany your gift. Just enter the recipient’s details and your gift card’s message and we will do the rest. The cost of this service is £5.00 in addition to any other charges. |
